Add new things at the top.

1 July 2007: A couple dozen pages were hit by spam, apparently automated, in the last 3 days. I reverted what I could, but some of the pages' history was incomplete (such as the disclaimer), and all I could do was blank it out.

13 Aug 2005: I notice that several pages have been defaced by something like spam: a genuine entry has been erased by some hotel advertising. Is there some way to indicate that one or more diffs should be un-done?

I'm not that familiar with the wiki way of doing things. Is there a better place to put comments like this?

The wiki way is to "Be Bold" and fix simple problems yourself, rather than talking about the problem. To revert a page to a previous version after a bad edit (or after someone has mistakenly reverted a good edit), follow the directions at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Revert . This current events page or the community portal is a great place to discuss problems like this that affect the entire wiki. (Problems that affect only one page should be discussed using the "discussion" tab for that page).

I've just added the HexWiki to the WikiIndex: http://wikiindex.com/HexWiki . I hope you don't mind. --DavidCary 04:01, 4 Dec 2006 (CET)
